How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Typical USPS ground shipments can be expected within 3-5 business days from shipping the order. Free local pickup is available and will display at checkout if you are eligible.

Do you offer international shipping? 

No. We do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Monet’s Candle Co accepts returns on a case-by-case basis. Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than damage or defect. Please email monetscandleco@gmail.com within five business days of receiving your order, including the order number and a detailed explanation of the return request. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Merchandise that has been used, or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
